Anyone know the correct way to take out the igniter in a ravelli 100 classic. It seems the auger is in the way. There's is less than useful info in the manual and not a single ounce of help from company website.

Can you attach a pic for me to see? Is the auger in the way, or just the auger motor? If it is the auger motor, mine are really easy to remove. The igniter itself isn't a very long/large piece, so you don't need a ton of clearance to remove it.

It seems like the motor. I am posting here my bf doesn't do internet online stuff like this so trying to help and I'm dumb to this stuff. Thank you for reading and replying.

There should just be one set screw on that auger motor collar, if it is similar to mine. Mine takes a hex key, loosen it up and then pry a little with a small pry bar to carefully pop the auger motor loose. Unplug the wires first, in case it drops, so it doesn't yank on them (ask me how I know....).

If you can't see the set screw, maybe your manual will tell you how to manually run the auger. Do that until the set screw faces you and it should be easy from there!
