HI guys,
I recently just ordered the Sooteater tool so that I can clean my flue from firebox. Last night I took a look where the hole is in the back top part of firebox where you would insert the tool and I see that there is 1 of the air tubes slightly impeding the entrance (am guessing maybe an inch or so over lap) The hole is not large to begin with. My question is for others who have the Lopi large insert: are you able to get the cleaning tool into the opening without removing that one air tube? I guess I can remove if need be but I really would prefer not to.
I seems like the tool head may just make it but wanted to see if anyone has actually done it without removing that one tub. I would pot a picture but am not home. I will post one later on tonight so you can see exactly what I am talking about.
thx in advance!!
Chris
