Hello,
I've been looking at Selkirk's website and cannot find any info on what the difference is in their Ultra-Temp line of products and their Sure-Temp line of products. I can see that the third chimney product line (Galva-Temp) has a galvanized exterior (not interested in that). The Ultra-Temp line is sold via professional installer markets, whereas the Sure-Temp is sold only via DIY markets.
Anyone here know if their is a difference in material or quality between Ultra-Temp and Sure-Temp? Both are stated to have a stainless exterior. The Sure-Temp line is available through a local dealer but I would purchase elsewhere if the Ultra-Temp was a superior product. Any help would be great. Thanks

Could be marketing...Different names for different retail locations. UL 103-HT rating (2100 deg F for short period) is what you want. Both are rated for that. I got my Selkirk at Lowes (~ 2 years ago) - it is named Supervent and rated UL 103-HT.
