Howdy all! So I am interested in putting either this KFD Ariana stove or Invicta Aaron stove inside of my 2 sided corner fireplace. Ideally, Id like to go with the 3 sided KFD stove so I can continue to make use of the corner fireplace configuration. Im not too concerned about efficiency as this isn't going to be a primary heat source. Here are the two stoves:

Both of these stoves have unusually large clearance to combustibles requirements. The KFD stove has a clearance requirement of 150 cm on the glass side (or 60") and the Invicta stove requires 23" on the sides and 48" in the front. My firebox is is quite large (48"x26.75"x27.5") and I have a decent sized stone surround, but I still wouldn't meet the specs for either of these stoves. The city I live in requires a permit and inspection for wood stove installs so I want it to be done to code.
I am wondering where exactly my closest combustible would be in this situation. Would my wood floor or the sheetrock wall be considered the closest combustible in this situation? I would think that because the stove is sitting well above the floor within the firebox, radiant heat on the floor wouldn't be an issue as heat rises. I haven't been able to get a straight answer from the city so I just wanted to see what you all thought. Im attaching a few pics of my fireplace so you have a better idea of what I am working with... Thanks for your help! 🙏
