Re-read your post... It does seem like its a thermocouple issue, but if not and the stove is good and clean, it appears its a board issue or wiring issue. I know boards are expensive, sometimes you can have it checked by your local dealer in a stove they have. But, if stove tries to go through startup (by feeding when reset button is pushed and ignitor lights off pellets, its waiting for the next gate 200 deg flame sense from the thermocouple), at that point its the TC, board or wiring. It certainly seems like its a TC issue. I don't remember the Millivolt numbers the TC generates for 200 and 600 degrees though. The board needs to see that MV reading as a positive voltage too. Good luck.

Yes I agree with you. Got to be one or the other. I have a board coming today. Stay tuned

Sorry to hear about having to buy a board- but please let us know when she is running normally again..

Ok all who have chimed in. I received the new OEM board yesterday and installed it, I also put back the original Thermocouple. If you recall I had purchased and installed a new one. It came from Amazon and the wire size was substantially smaller so I've returned it. The stove is now operating perfectly. Just an FYI, the boards are new supplied with a wiring harness that connects to the red thermocouple wire and includes a ground wire . Apparently an addendum to the original wiring. The board also comes with a very informative Quadra-Fire document called " Thermocouple Grounding Kit" which includes directions on how to install the aforementioned kit but also directions for installing the board and it's selection switch, and a very comprehensive sequence of operation and troubleshooting guide. I suspect the document is available through the Hearth and Home website but if not I can scan it in and post it as a PDF I would think. Thanks for everyones help. Learned quite a bit about this stove!

Nice to hear you are up and warm 👍

Great to hear she's back up and running. Treat her well, that's a good, easy to operate stove. Stay warm.
