I have had the 1200i for a long time (15 years) and it is still kicking. But this season, it wont really start without some help. When heat is called for, it will turn on igniter, but i dont hear auger going or pellets dropping. I have to hit the reset button (sometimes several times) and wait about 5 minutes for pellets to finally drop. Once they do drop, it all works good - ideas? Thanks all

Have you checked all the seals? cleaned the entire stove? Check the gap in the burn pot floor/clean out, no larger than a dime? If you have poor vacuum it wont feed pellets

Have you cleaned out the hopper? Im finding especially this year their are alot of fines in the pellets, they build up in the bottom of the hopper and then it has a hard time feeding pellets. This year i have had to clean a few time and the last time i bet i got 2 cups of fines out of the bottom.
