Hello. When the thermostat calls for heat the combustion blower turns on but the call for heat light does not and the stove will not drop pellets or anything. I unplug the stove, plug it back in and turn the thermostat off and on again and the stove turns on and runs fine. I thought batteries in the thermostat might be low so I replaced them and it worked for the last day. Now the stove just did it again. Once the stove starts it runs the complete heat cycle absolutely fine. I tried calling our local stove shops but they don't support pellet stoves any more. I am thinking the control board is going bad... Anyone have any thoughts?

Most likely loss of vacuum. 1. Clean stove and vent pipe. 2. Check door gasket put dollar bill in between gasket and stove shut door pull bill out should be some resistance do this all the way around door. 3. Check hose going to vacuum switch for cracks and soot plugging. 4. Check metal nipple that vacuum hoses attaches to for soot clog. 5. Jump vacuum switch, unplug stove, unplug both wires from vacuum switch hook them together with paper clip, tape, plug stove back in and try starting again.

If I jump the thermostat wires at the back of the stove it turns on and runs fine. I'm leaning towards a bad thermostat or wiring. I just got back from picking up new and will get them installed. Thanks for your comment.
