This is the first year I have been burning a new to me Castile. I'm getting a lot of creosote build up in the stove, especially on the glass. I did replace the door gasket with an oem gasket, leaving the bottom off for the air wash. When I clean the stove daily there is nothing in the burn pot, just a lot of fly ash around the burn pot.

I have the same exact stove in my basement burning the same pellets with no issues. When cleaning this one daily I have a few clinkers in the burn pot with noticeably less ash than my other stove.

Looking for ideas... do I need a new exhaust blower or should I place a gasket on the bottom of the glass to see if that helps with air flow? Or should I just run the stove at a higher fan speed?

My feed rate adjustment is currently on the highest setting (to maintain the recommended flame height).

Air wash should be located at the top as per the manual. Unfortunately no 2 stoves will be exactly the same. If there is a creosote issue its usually caused by to long of a low burn. Turn the feed up and run the stove hotter for a few hours should burn it off
