Hey everyone, first post, sorry for my lack of specific knowledge.
I've got a 1200i pellet stove insert that wont feed pellets. I've cleaned and emptied the system out. When we had our chimney inspected by the local quadrafire dealer they took a look and said the motor for the auger needed to be replaced. Simple enough, since I already had that apart to clean, replaced it and still no feed.
Door seems to have a good & tight seal, i did try jumping the snap disc in the feed area but nothing there. Also noticed that there is current going through it when on (forgot to unplug it like an idiot) but I dont know if the reset on it is working. the small button on the back doesnt seem to have any resistance when I press it in. Going to order one since they are fairly cheap to replace, but hate throwing a never ending list of parts at something. Anyone have any other suggestions?
I did check what I can see of the vacuum line and that appeared to be clean as well, but being an insert its not the easiest to get to without removing the stove from the fire place and I was hoping to avoid that if possible.
