Hello, I've read through quite a few troubleshooting articles, and can't seem to find one similar to my situation.

I have a Quadra Fire Santa Fe insert. It has worked fine for the past 7 years that I have had it. On startup, I get the red call light and hear a click. The auger is not functioning and the blower does not come on. I intend on checking snap disk #2 and the vacuum switch first, though without the blower functioning, I don't think those are the issue. Is there anything else that you can think of?

Thanks

Check the auger to auger motor set screws i have seen the loosen up.

welp, I fixed it until it was really broke. Bypassing the vacuum switch, it contacted ground and fried the control module. Before it blew, the auger was working and the convection blower turned on (I think this is what blew the jumper into ground).

New control box installed and back to the original issue. Bypassing the vacuum switch, the auger works fine, but nothing else including the fan.

Are there any other fuses/links/breakers to check?

Make a test cord out of an old extension cord and test the blower motors make sure the work. This is using 120vac line voltage so be careful. Put all the wires back where they belong?

Do not use the cord on the auger it is not 120vac

Quads have a sequence- Call light is activated from t-stat, exh blower starts up, auger will feed if vacuum switch closes from exh blower vacuum established. Auger feeds pellets, ignitor then comes on, ignites pellets. Thermocouple senses flame heat (200 and 600 deg) temps, convection blower will come on if conv blwr snap disc 1 closes. Sequence stops after room ordered temp is met, thermostat opens, red call light goes off, snap disc 1 opens when things cool down in exhaust. So, did exh blower come on after call light? Nothing else will occur because vac sw does not close without exh blwer running...
