Hi guys,

Hope you are all well.

I am looking for some advise for my pellets stove (Quadra fire edge 60).
It has been cleaned, new vacuum switch installed and all is great. It starts every time, lights a great fire and gives a nice warm living room.

However, after around 20 min of fire it stops and the “vacuum sw error” shows on the display. It is at the same time it shuts down, every time.

Do you have any advise to solve this?

All the best,

Jonas

You mentioned it has been cleaned. Did the venting get cleaned as well? I would try cleaning everything including the venting, again. It sounds like it may be an airflow problem.

Not sure if you figured out your error but the edge 60 can have vacuum errors when the magnet sensors go bad. There are several on the system.

Check the hopper safety switch it may be miss aligned from putting in pellets. Check door gaskets and ash pan gaskets may not be sealing good enough. Let us know how ya make out.
How old is the stove?

Have a separate question my edge 60 keeps getting a convection blower jam error. Took the blower out spins fine, still getting the error. Bought a new blower and still getting the error. Online says check snap 1 switch but it does not appear the edge 60 has a snap 1. Any thoughts appreciated!!

No the edge60 uses a feedback circuit for its control. It may be the board that has the issue. Have you talked to the installer/dealer?

Hagan check the pellet chute for fines/ sawdust if there Is a lot vacuum out and try it, also check the door switch if it is open it will stop pellet feed.let us know
