Hello, currently working on a free standing Quadra-Fire Castile that keeps having nuisance shutdowns around the 20 minute mark.

Stove will turn on and call for pellets at start up. Takes a few minutes for the flame to get going and sometimes will need to hit the reset button. Once the fire gets going its a nice and active flame and the control box has a green light. The fire continues to burn well for about 10 minutes and the stove will reach appropriate temperature and the green light will turn to red. The next 5-10 minutes the fire slowly starts to die down and red light on control box turns to green and the stove will stop feeding pellets and the fire goes out.

So far I have done a thorough cleaning of all parts of the stove. Replaced thermocouple ensuring it reaches all the way to the end of ceramic cover and is free of any ash. Adjusted feed setting to max. Emptied hopper and cleared out any saw dust. Removed auger and ensured nothing was preventing proper flow of pellets. Burn pot holes are clear. Ensured control box was on proper setting and then adjusted it to the +10% to try and solve issue. Tried a different brand of pellets.

This one has stumped me so far and I'm thinking the issue may be control board because I don't know what else it could be.

Any ideas and thoughts to what the issue might be would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Frankie, switch the thermocouple wire around, some times they're polarity is wrong, don't go by the color of the two wires.
