Quadra-Fire and Country: locating model #?

Hi! My ins co needs make & model of both my wood burning inserts. All I can find is make (1 is Quadra-Fire, other is Country). There’s no tag for model name/number. I’ve looked everywhere I can think of. Does anyone know the model for these? Or where the tags might be? Thank you!!

The Quad looks like it might be a 4100i. Download the manual and verify by checking the firebrick pattern, number of tubes and baffle.

The Country may be an old version or predecessor of the Striker C160. It's hard to tell without dimensions and again the firebrick pattern, tubes, etc..
