Put isle royale half in alcove half out , Any suggestions??

I am taking out fire place and taking brick off I will be left with an alcove i would like to put the isle royale half in the cove and half into the room so it doesn't take up that much space. I want to also to use exsisting chase to put my double insulated chimney pipe up. Any suggestions on what to do ??
