Ps stove keeps shutting down

Hello I recently purchased an Avalon 900 PS stove second hand everything seems to be running fine during startup. I completely cleaned the stove but it cuts off every 15 or so minutes I am currently running the stove in a barn with minimal installation.

On your combustion fan housing is a 120 deg proof of fire switch
Remove it clean it and the mating surface and try your stove.
If it still goes out after 15 min. jump the 2 wires and try again
if the stove works as it should replace the switch disc.
