Problems purchasing material from ahona

Hi all.
Was wondering what experience have people had doing business with AHONA (Alternative Heating Of North America) ?
My experience has been pretty bad.

Are they still in business? I know they had issues around 2016.

They are. I was going to have them do an install for me. Very friendly at first. Bought a bunch of material from them. Found out after the fact that they sold me lower quality at over 50 percent markup. Trying to get some resolution through my credit card company. No luck so far. Very deceptive business practices.
