Hi all. Getting my PP130 ready for heating season and I noticed the handle is bound up. I can get it to move by tapping it with a hammer, but can’t move it by hand. I want to take it apart to clean it up, but don’t see an obvious way to remove it. I also did a quick YouTube search and didn’t see instructions. Anyone how to remove it?

You should be able to loosen it up by prying up on Quick Speed Locking Washer with a flathead screw driver

Just had one off two weeks ago doing the same thing your is. After prying it up about 1/2 in I stuck open end wench behind it to pry further. Had a little rust inside the hole were it goes through door and I mean a little rust don't know why it made door hard to open/close. I think I could have not taken it completely off could have loosen it by prying washer with screw driver then sprayed some WD40 in it.

I’ve got mine moving by spraying it, letting it soak and wiggling it over the past 24 hours, but I still want to take it apart and clean it up just so I don’t have to mess with it in the middle of January when the stove runs 24/7
