Please help identify this zero clearance fireplace

Hello All,

We just moved into a home with a zero clearance fireplace. We need to replace the cracked rear panel. The manufactures tag is completely unreadable. Any chance anyone knows who manufactures this fireplace? The fireplace would have been installed in 2008. Thank you in advance!

Without the tag no way to know. But it has aftermarket doors and it looks like it has been used hard. I would have a full inspection done before spending anything on it. It may be past its usefull life.
