Hi,
My PelPro 130 (bought 2018) shut down last night, and smoke was back flowing out the intake back into the house. Today I totally cleaned it out, baffles, side panels, fans and vent up through flueI pipe. Turned it back on, pellets drop, ignites, vent fan is running, blower fan tried to cut on, then it all stops. No power, no lights, nothing. Let it cool , checked snap disc, then started it again, same thing, except this time it cut off for about a few minutes (no shut down mode, no flashing lights…just no power), then it just power just started up….this happened 3 times. I cut it off, checked snap disc, called PelPro, and so before I buy a new mother board, does any one else have any ideas? One last thing, the last time I unplugged it, and then plugged it in, the green light came on, nothing happens, and then the light goes out….pretty dead.

Ok put a few pellets in the pot and light them with a torch. Then turn on the stove and see if it runs normal. It could be a low limit snap disc starting to get weak and fail. It could also be a weak combustion/exhaust blower. Is the stove plugged into a surge protector?

Check your power plug connections all the way to the control board
