Just had a customer in today said he bought pellets from pelletsales.com last season and never recieved them. they still have his money and he has no product. So he is back buying from his local stove shop. he said that pelletsales is on there way out. anyone else hear anything like this? I don't believe anything unitl it comes from the horse's mouth, but just wanted to see what others have heard.

The owner of Pelletsales.com was in my shop 2 weeks ago promoting his business, sounded like he was doing OK.

No, he knew it was pelletsales. Being in western NY I don't think he would have bought from NEWP LLC. I just think he didn't know what he was talking about, you know how some people like to crap out their mouth. Last I knew pelletsales.com was still goin strong.

I'm calling BS on this one. 3 years I've been buying from them
and they've never once not delivered and also they have never
charged my cc until after I've received the pellets.

Do I ever!

No way..he definetly has the name wrong.

Pelletsales is still going strong and they do not charge your cc till your pellets
are on the truck heading for your driveway.

I forwarded "Balls of Fire's" initial post, along with the thread number, to pelletSales.com suggesting that they may wish to respond to the rumor.

I spoke to their customer service twice last week about their spring purchase program and they sounded like they are alive and doing well.

I am keeping the faith in pelletsales.com. I believe they are doing well. Besides......They are one of the primary sponsors of this web site, which I enjoy trendously. So pelletsales.com will see my business this spring. The guy who started this thread has one ugly picture. Hope that isn't his employee badge.

Where do they deliver in WNY? I have tried just about every zip code and it says nothing is available at this time.

Hi everyone. This is Steve over at PelletSales.com. Yep, we're still kicking. Thanks for the nice words above. I'm not sure about that first post, but we don't like loose ends either. I'd be happy to follow up with a customer that has concerns. We have plenty of fuel, and as far as I know, no one has been left hanging, but mistakes happen. We've also had consumers order from similar sites and confuse them for us. It's true we don't deliver to every zip code yet, but feel free to give the office a call (603-623-1150) and see if we can get you fuel in WNY. We also have a new community pellet pooling site that's just getting started where consumers can get together to order a truck almost anywhere in the country for areas that are having a tough time finding pellets. It's at (broken link removed). (sorry Craig, this wasn't meant to be an ad...)

So when will delivery be available to upstate NY?

I'm sorry chrisasst, I can't answer specific questions about plans for expansion into different areas. Our delivery area growth is based on many variables and computer models of live demand and supply. Home delivery is our favorite way to provide fuel, and we are expanding as quickly as we can. Thanks for your patience.
