Pellet grill help please!

I have a Cabelas ProSeries 24 pellet grill.
I am due to cook several pork loins next weekend, but it stopped heating up mid- way burgers this past weekend. I just changed the igniter, but it didn't help. It heats up enough to put black marks on the pellets but that's it. I tried lighting a handful with a torch in the pot but they burnt up.& fire went out. What am I missing?

You do realize this site is for pellet heating stoves not pellet BBQ grills/stoves unless you're using your pellet grill to heat your house?
