Pacific Energy New Baffle Design

I was looking at a video of a Neo 2.5 and saw the new baffle design they are using. Anybody know how much better these are then the originals. I wonder if these will be integrated into the Super insert that i have or any of the other stoves. Heres a video of it:

Not sure if it is better or just a different configuration for the new firebox. It looks to be a bit more of a pita to remove, but overall the Neo has a bit lower emissions which is good. The Neo is too new for us to have reports on it. I have only seen it burning at a show once.
