I have had my p68 for 10 years now, it has been a great stove. The problem I'm having is, all set the room temp to say 80, it will maintain the temperature for 1 to 3 days. Then won't go over 70. I can set it to any temperature and within three days, it go back to not getting over 70. Letting it cool down for a cleaning, or just complete power off, start the 1 to 3 day cycle of when it will drop back to 70. It doesn't matter if room temp or constant burn is being used.

I replaced the combustion motor 2 years ago replaced the door gasket this year, couldn't adjust the door closed anymore. I'm also running off of a honeywell thermostat.

ESP Probe might need a cleaning if it hasn’t been done

Esp has been cleaned. I have pulled it out cleaned it and reinstalled, while the stove is acting up. There is no change. Powering the stove off, by power knob or unplugging it. Starts the 1 to 3 days when it will mess up.

Have you tried different pellets?

With the combustion motor was it the 1 or 2 blade impeller

I replaced the ESP probe stove wouldn't get over 70. Replaced circuit board. Now the stove is throwing a 2 blink code will run for 25 30 minutes get the 2 blink. It slow down feed for 5 minutes then then 2 blink codes goes away. 20 minutes later the 2 blink code comes back. It's never ending.

Welp…with everything you’ve done…I’d have to say do the leaf lower trick….if this doesn’t help then I’m at a loss….air fuel and combustion….airways clear, good fuel and clear exhaust make a stove pump heat

Not sure what the leaf lower trick. The stove is pumping heat, keeps the heat setting. I'm just getting a 2 blink now when it's not demanding pellets, as soon as it does 2 blink goes away and stove runs normal.

Many stoves have passages that are hard to clean and impossible to reach. The leaf blower trick cleans these passages out.

From the outside take an electric leaf blower and attach the inlet or suction side to the exhaust vent of your stove. Turn the leaf blower on. The leaf blower will suction out all the vents in your stove.

Since this is down outside there is no mess. The stove stays inside.

There are several run videos showing the leaf blower trick. It sounds worse than it is. You won’t get any mess inside the out. The leaf blower is pulling air from inside your house through all the vents in your stove and venting that air outside.

O gotcha. I actually use compressed air, and have a cone that fits inside the stove exhaust port, and blow it out. I also have an adjustable/ sliding straight piece, I separate and blow that out also. I have maybe 10ft of exhaust pipe.

The stove makes great heat now, after replacing the board. It's just odd the 2 blink when it doesn't demand feed, as soon at it demands pellets 2 blink goes away feed light comes on. Stove runs great now.

Still points to an airflow problem…I still think it’s better to use the leaf lower on vacuum with the door open…just my 2c
