Not much ash

so I decided to clean out my liner and was kind of shocked I didn't have more ash come out.......this is after only 2 tons last winter...does this look normal to you veterans?.....

Did you brush it?Also explaine install--liner,etc.

Go onto Youtube and look at other vids of this type of clean and compare. Like Bob said, if you brush it first that will loosen it up. I wouldn't expect tons of ash like old creosote ridden chimneys.

Yeah I did not brush it and that probably explains it......it's a 24 foot standard metal liner
