I am burning away with my Woodstock Keystone cat stove and am happy with it, but am turning my attention to my 2nd chimney for another stove install and am considering a non-cat stove for it.
My Keystone with the cat engaged pretty much emits zero smoke - amazing! It doesn't matter if the fire is smoldering and the cat is doing all the work or I've got it mixed with a fire box with flames and the cat engaged - still zero smoke.
What about the non-cat stoves like the Hearthstones, Englanders, etc., with secondary burn tubes? When burning, do they yield very little to no smoke when burning as I have described my Keystone?
Thanks!
Bill
