I recently got a used quad cb1200 I was told it worked when put away(famous last words) It needed a control board, so I replaced it. It now blinks amber 1 time and then blinks blue twice every 10 seconds. I haven’t seen the call light come on yet or the auger spin(when not in test mode) I haven’t seen also replaced the thermocoupler, auger motor, I haven’t jumped all 3 of the snap discs, the vacuum switch and thermostat and it still won’t call for heat. If I force start it the box will light green then red and back to green when the fire goes out. If I put the controller to zero the auger spins and both fans will come on as they should. I am at a loss please help me I have pretty much ordered every part except the junction box so I’m in to deep to not get it working……but losing patience quickly

The single amber blink means the hopper is empty, have you checked the hopper sensor or wires from it that's where I'd start.

Do you have thermostat connected to two center terminals is thermostat calling for heat? Unhook thermostat put jumper wire between the two center terminals. That will eliminate thermostat or thermostat wiring being the problem.

2 blink on your stove means you are set on setting 2 with +10 percent pellet feed. It is correct for your stove.

I don’t have an actual block for the thermostat but I jumped the two yellow wires that come out in that area….. could it be the control board even though it is new? The only reason I wouldn’t think so is that on setting 0 soup s the auger

I have rang them out they go to the snap dis and junction box I believe…. I did follow the wire diagram to make sure I was doing this correctly and like I said when I used the meter it rings when I touch both spots on the junction box box
