I bought this house 7 years ago and have never, not even once, fired up this Nickerson stove. I have no idea what I have and I haven't yet tried to educate myself with videos. Just stumbled on this forum and thought I'd check in and see if anyone is willing to give initial feedback.

Looks like a basic old stove with what appear to be round convection air ducts on the floor. These have burned out making the stove unsafe to run in this condition. It looks like the blower supplies air to these tubes which then travels around the back and over the top of the stove before blowing out hot air into the room. In the least they would need to be replaced with new tubes, preferably made out of stainless steel.
