New to the pellet stove world just moved into a house that has one it is a Harmon p 68 and the only place we could Mount our TV is above it about two and a half foot are there any products or ideas on how to deflect the Heat away from our TV. Thought about some sort of insulated mat to lay a top it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It shouldn't get overly warm behind and above the stove. My hoppers stay cool (I do have hopper extensions). Also it may depend on how hard you run the stove. Neither of my stoves work hard and rarely are they on continuous burn.

The only heat behind the stove should be minor from the fan motors and a bit from the exhaust pipe. If you tryly have a heat problem to your TV, then you could create a wall mounted, "floating" mantel/ledge that would block heat from rising to the TV. You could make it look like it is holding the TV up so it doesn't look out of place.

Just make sure you observe any clearance requirements from both the stove and the exhaust pipe.
