New T5 in Western WA

Is anyone is looking to buy a new PE Alderlea in Western WA? I located one for a friend, but they have decided to pass on it. It's for sale at Wallace Stoves in Parkland, WA. They only have one and expect it will be next spring or summer before they can restock.

I wish I was closer or I would buy it. I've been calling around the six state area (MN, Wi, MI, IA, N&S Dakota) with no luck. PE can't give me a timeline.

I was looking for someone who bailed on it. They were told by a dealer up north that they say 26 weeks for getting one. Hope that isn't the case.
