Hello,

I have my stove set at 2-2. The lack of hot air blowing out is concerning. Any thoughts? Typically it would output a good about of heat. I would raise the numbers but I also notice a lot of pellets not burnt through completely. Any recommendations welcomed.

Also check / clean your convection motor. The screen that covers them can get clogged and not move a lot of air. I have two dogs and a cat, ask how I know...
