My new EKO 40 arrives tomorrow morning at 10 AM!!! I am pumped. I can't believe I am going to say this, but I am sort of looking forward to cold weather now....weird.....

Hey, we all know the feeling. Welcome to the club.

Congrats!!!!!!!!! You're going to love it. Are you going to do the install yourself? It's a blast.....enjoy your new boiler either way.

One tip - if you don't get the fancy new silcone gasket on your new EKO 40 you may want to call Zenon at New Horizon and get one on order. For $40 or less it might be able save A LOT of complaining if your upper door seal leaks...

Thanks Stee...I am doing the install myself...it is a big install...I have 2000 feet of 1/2 inch pex coming too...I will install that under my floors...I have never done anything like this before, but I am excited to get started....I have no furnace, but rather, electric baseboards, so I have few options other than water baseboards or radiant.....or I guess I could install a furnace. After talking with many people, the radiant seems to be the way to go....I'll keep ya posted on the progress (or lack thereof perhaps)....

Congrats and remember that we all are really, really addicted to "Boiler Porn"...pics of the install are great

Congratulations and best wishes-- there are a lot of folks on here who can be a tremendous resource to answer things or point you in the right direction if questions come up.
