We have an Ashley when it works it is great. Have replaced motor twice. Have auger problems. Every winter it seems to have problem. It is 6 yrs old. Having problems with auger and ignitor. Does anyone know a honest, reliable. Cost to value, repair tech in Lexington, KY area.

I reccomend go to nfi web site and look for shop that is pellet certified,then call and talk to the technician to see if familiar with your stove.Do not waste time talking to front person,talk to tech.If the tech is certified it shows he cares.
