I have been reading on this site fro some time and think I am ready to buy my first stove. I have narrowed it down to 3 stoves.
The Avalon Olympic, PE Summit and the lennox legacy. I am heating approximately 2400 sq feet. They all are in the same price range. I have heard great things about the PE and Avalon but I love the look of the Lennox which I can't find to much info on. Im leaning towards the Lennox, but any advice or pros and cons of these stoves is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Matt

They are all good, big stoves. The Country (now owned by Lennox) 260 is a stout stove, but it will need a larger 8" flue which will add to the installation costs if that is a concern.

The big Englander is noticeably absent from your list?

I haven't checked the englander out. I will have to look into that. I realize the leenox needs a 8inch but it also says you can run a 6 inch too. I was hoping to getr some more feedback about the lennox. I wonder why not to many people run them?
