My baffle is somewhat worn, sort of crescent shaped between burn tubes. No cracks. Any issues with just turning it over?

I would sweep that junk off with a soft brush. My NC30 board are also hunched up so that they only rest on the front and rear tube. If I flipped the boards then they would teeter totter which is no good so I leave them with the high side in the middle for stability.

Those buggers are expensive so just put them back without damage. They don't need to be pretty.
