Ok....we have an NPS 45 which has served us very well for the last 6 years. I recently installed a new igniter and cleaned the stove, exhaust tubes, vent and even the combustion fan cavity and installed a new gasket. Ever since the stove runs but pellets pile up over several hours and they smolder in the burn pot. This seems like an air issue. We have tried to trim the stove a few times and get no improvement. Could the combustion blower be going bad?

Have you tested the door seals via the dollar bill test? Seems most stove doors need gaskets around five years or so for proper operation. Blown out the windings of the exhaust fan and if it has oil ports given the motor a couple drops of oil?
