A new to us Napoleon natural gas stove has a flame that seems way too small. Its roof vented, straight up, with no obstructions. I can tell it hasnt been deep cleaned in quite awhile so I will take the burners out and start there, any other suggestions?

Have you measured the gas pressure coming into & out of the valve? Are ant inline shutoffs open fully? What fuel are you burning & what fuel is the unit set up for. NG or LP?

As Daksy said you need to check gas pressure. If gas pressure is good coming out of the valve then you need to move on to physical obstruction of the burner nozzle and line.
