Well since I installed my new Harman XXV on January 6, 09, these have been my experiences. The stove has performed great, keeping the house warm. Then the 0-5* weather came, and the stove really struggled to keep the house at 68-70*.What I did,is,I set my heating thermostat at 68*with a 3*differential so the heat would come on if the stove couldn't keep up.This caused the heat to come on for around 15 minutes to boost the temp up to 69*.I would get 3-4+hours before the temp would drop enough to run the boiler.I'm wondering if anyone with a XXV had to do the same?I realized from the beginning, that these are not wood stoves, and they do not put out nowhere the btu's.I am also wondering, what temperature do your stoves run?,the top,and the out put at the blower.

Hmm..I cut that board three times and it's still to short :red:
