I have an older (2006) mt Vernon that is giving me fits. I bought it used for a decent price for a running stove (I was lied to)

Since installation I have had nothing but issues, had the board repaired after the convection blower terminals melted off, the auto clean system would get stuck but most of the time it would run fine. Now recently it’s started a fun game of endless startup/shutdown/auto clean loop. I have a new thermocouple on the way but I tend to doubt that’s the issue.

The existing thermocouple is installed properly, it’s contacting the end of the ceramic cover, IF the stove gets to start it seems to run fine for a while then it’ll get stuck in its loop, sometimes unplugging will fix it, sometimes it won’t. I am pretty good at diagnosing and testing but this has me stumped.

Any suggestions on where to start other than putting this turd in the scrap pile?
