Can anyone identify the manufacturer of the stove pipe? I am building a sauna and want something similar

Looks like single-wall stovepipe with a rear heat shield and screening. It would be simpler and better to use double-walled stove pipe. Then the heat shield will be unnecessary.
 
And then you don't get heat from the pipe.
Most of us on this site run modern stoves that limit temperature wastage up the flue. Any remaining heat that does make it up the flue is needed in order to keep the draft going and burn clean.

Double-wall stove pipe still radiates heat. Just not enough to burn skin on contact.
 
If you have the required clearance use single wall pipe for a sauna stove.
