Sorry if you already have discussed this stove but I didn't find anything in the archives when I did a search. I have been given a cool little potbelly stove with a "boot dryer" from a friend of mine. It is a March. Brownback No. 12 Alert potbelly stove. It was manufactured in Pottstown, PA. I can find very little information on the web concerning this company let alone the stove itself. I understand it burns wood or coal and has one hotplate on top to cook off of. It appears to be in very good condition and what I can gather was made somewhere bewteen 1848 and 1946 :~)

Does anyone have any information concerning this company or stove?

Thanks all.
