After the power button broke, I replaced the MB and daughter board on my 2006 Enviro M55 insert.

The unit now powers on/off and runs for about 12 hours before shutting down #4. Any thoughts?

Off/on and flame (1-5) work, all other options on new daughter board just throw 5-light error.
Should any other features/controls besides work on the new board?

When was the last time your stove had a full cleaning air intake to exhaust termination?
Light # 4 on the Heat output bar flashing.• The hopper is open, or the hopper switch has failed.• Reset the sensor and determine the cause. Was it a convection blower failure or a circuit board control problem?• The 200 °F (93 °C) high limit temperature sensor has tripped
Did the stove overheat?

Have you ever adjusted the Auger cover/
What is your stove running manual, hi/low or auto?
After a failure if you start the stove does it fire up normally?
make sure that the hopper lid seal is clean

No, I don't even know where the auger cover is but the damper was only open about 1/2 inch. The burn pot was probably 1/6 full of old ash when stopped. It was running hi/low.
Starts fine.

The most likely cause if it did not over heat is the hopper switch.
It sences that the lid is not fully closed . right now all I can say
is run the stove and see if it happen again

I agree with Johneh that the likely cause of your flashing #4 error is the hopper lid switch. It may need to be adjusted so it's slightly closer to the lid.

Also, if you have soldering skills, you can replace the on/off button yourself which costs pennies as opposed to replacing circuit boards which cost hundreds. I have a short tutorial with photos starting in post #12 of the thread linked here. My stove is the M55 cast free standing, but the procedure should be similar for your insert:
