Love our Mendota but their blowers are awful!!!!

We bought a Mendota fv41 a few years ago based on everything we had researched. While we don't regret the purchase, the blowers that mendota uses are awful. The original pair were replaced under warranty within the first 4 months because they squeaked at higher speeds. Now, 2 years in, the same squeaky motors. We can't be the only ones with this issue? The worst part is they are buried in the rear of the unit so it needs to be pulled out to change them.
Any thoughts?
Are there better aftermarket blowers?

This is a zero clearance fireplace? What do you mean pull it out to change blowers? Can you post a picture of the setup
