Hi Everyone, I'm a new to the forum and have a problem with my Lopi wood pellet insert.
I'm selling the house and never used it in the 4 year I've lived here. I cleaned it well when I moved in and made
sure it powered up. 4 years later, I plugged it in and nothing happens not even lights on the control panel. (I checked the outlet for power and the
fuse in the unit was fine).
HELP! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You, Kevin

Has the stove been plugged in for 5 yrs without a surge protector? Well near the fuse on the board is a lil red disc/thyrister is that burned or scorched?

Can you post pictures of booth sides of your control board. Have you confirmed you have power to the outlet the stove is plugged into?

here are the pictures.

👍👍 i was looking for the rheostats, and yours has them. But does not have the fuse. So here is what i would check with a multimeter , power in the power strip, continuity in the unit power cable (plug cable, continuity from the units plug to the control board. Unplug all power befor doing this😎

I tested the outlet and power strip, both are fine.
I tested the power cord, all three prongs have continuity to the board/ground/fuse.
glass fuse is also good.
What's next?

Fuse looks good or tests good? If thats fine the only recourse is the board has failed, maybe a tactile switch (the on-off button of the power for the board) or a bad potentiometer

I dont know if you can get the board anymore. But you could try. They may require the stove to work for a completion of the sale
