I'm pretty sure it's the safety switch . After trying everything last night, i poked my finger in a small space covering it & pushed arond a bit then folded a piece of paper & put it on top of the switch, closed the lid carefully on it & pressed the start button. I've shut it down a few times & it started back up. Dunno, right now i've just shut it down for cleaning. Be back on here crying later tonight if that ain't it. Thank you so much you fellas for your help Muss

Muss,

If its just the lid switch, You could jump it out until you get a new one(connect wires together and tape them). Just don't run the stove with the lid open besides adding pellets. While you in there maybe its just loosened up? Try to get it tight. If not jump it out.
