Hi All, long time lurker, first time poster.
I have a 10 year old Lopi Berkshire (greensmart II) that has just started having issues with the main burner shutting off and the back on. A little background:

For some reason this spring I deiced to turn the continuous pilot off (something I have never done), and upon the first fire up this fall quickly realized I had a stove full of cobwebs and dead spiders. After cleaning the stove, including the pilot things seems to be back to normal. A few days later, I walked past the stove and noticed that the pilot was out, after pulling power from the stove and re-connecting it, the pilot lit instantly. I turned the stove on, and after 5-10 minutes observed the main burner briefly shut off (enough to drop the flame) and then turn back on. This was accompanied by the clicking of at least one of the control valve solenoids (assuming the main burner). Currently every time I turn the stove on this same behavior is observed. I have not observed the pilot going out since the first instance.

I decided to go ahead and replace the pilot assembly, partially hoping that the behavior I was observing was a faulty flame sensor and secondly because I didn't feel like the pilot was burning clean (it is burning much better now, I probably dint get the orifice in the old pilot totally cleaned).

Back to the reason for my post. I am a little lost as to where to look next. After reading some of the SIT documentation, if the flame sensor was the culprit, I believe I should hear the ignitor clicking (which I am not). Is there any other safety in the system that I need to consider? Beyond that, I am questioning the control board its self being at fault.
