Hi, I currently run a harman accentra pellet insert, which I have run for 2 years now. I do like it alot, but not as my soul source of home heating. The first floor does stay warm, but the upstairs and and basement is downright cold. I was looking for any insight into the PB105 Pellet Boiler. I have oil hot water as the original heat source but waaaaay too expensive as you all know. Any idea how much that bolier is? I guessing it's probably going to be somewhere around 3-5k. Also does anyone know how well these stoves re-sell for if I were to sell my insert. My Accentra is only 2 years old. Thanks for any help.

rough guess......you're probably looking at a $6000 price tag NOT including pipe or installation fees.
