I picked up just 2 bags for a to pre buy trial. I put a bag in each stove. Both the Harman or Englander burned em OK , but there was way too much ash. I always thought these were top end pellets . Maybe I picked a bad batch?

i think they are overrated also over priced. a store near my moms & pops in agawam ma has them for 290. a ton .....7.00 a bag for the hardwood blend . too pricey for an average pellet
Also not impressed. I purchased a ton of the green label hardwood/softwood blend lignetics. Not as much heat as my AWFs. Glad when I burnt the last bag of them.
For whatever it is worth......Got a call this morning from my installer. They called Lignetics asking about the difference between the Blue & Green label bags.
Were told there is no differenc, just means where they were made.
They proceeded to tell Doug, not sure if it is an owner or not, about the excessive ash problem and possiblly losing a pellet customer, me, over it. He jumped right in and said he knows exactly what they meant. They hired a bunch of new people and ended up with a whole bad batch. He says the problem has been rectified now.
Apparently, this is the VA plant as that is where the Blue labels come from.

i also agree they are overrated. picked up 5-6 bags last year, and six bags a few weeks ago to again
try them, was not impressed, especially they wre 7.00 a bag here also.
found greene team and premier pellets to be less ash with more heat, and less expensive.
