I've had a persistent problem with leaking despite having two people try to fix the situation late summer and I'm still stuck with a leak headed into winter.

They sealed around the flashing and also put silicone around the joints in the pipe. The leaking looks like it's coming from a joint in the pipe (as per the video below)). One guy I work with wants to replace the entire pipe but I don't want to pay for that if there might be a simple solution.
