Just bought the Jotel nordic. The top plate is loose on one side. I found a loose bolt just hanging there. Thought it might have been dropped into the stove (lol). I looked at both sides of the stove inside and outside but can't see why one side is loose and the other side is tight. I'm going to call the dealer tomorrow 12/13/10. But would sure appreciate if anyone might have a solution for this problem, then I could take care of it myself.

On my castine there are screws on both sides holding down the top plate. They can be removed. It's fine to let the top plate just sit on top.
