I'm considering buying another XXV - this one for my cabin. My cabin can be as low as 10'F INSIDE when I arrive each weekend. Does anyone know if I will have any issues starting and running the XXV under these extreme cold conditions? Electrical or mechanical?

I've been burning wood in my Lopi parlor stove, but it takes forever to heat the place from a cold start; and taking care of keeping the glass clean and feeding the stove all night, is getting to be a major PITA.

Appreciate the responses... Brian.

I don't think it is a problem but a quick check with harman may answer more clearly. I have a friend who has a camp and he uses his pellet stove with no issues. It is sometimes below zero inside.
